What Happens in the House, Stays in the House
Your space is personal, and so is your story. Anything you share, whether it is sentimental, emotional, or that drawer you hoped no one would ever see, stays between us. While the focus is to create a supportive, positive space, if a situation poses serious harm to the health and safety of you, others or animals, safety and security come before silence. This is an act of care and concern, not judgement.
The Art of letting Go
Once an item leaves your home, it is gone, no take backs. Decisions to donate, recycle, or regift items to trusted local partners is the priority, unless a different agreement is decided together.
Disposal fees, items purchased on your behalf, if they arise, will be added to your invoice.
Life Happens
Plans changes, life happens, I get it, rescheduling is easy with 72hrs notice via email or text. Once a session is booked, that time is held specifically for you, rebooking or cancelling with less than 72 hours notice equates to the deposit or 50% of days effected being held as well.
Acts of nature and true emergencies are always handled with grace and ease.
Every home is treated with care, damage or injury to person or property is accepted by the signee of this contract
