Submitting acknowledges that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions set out by the agreement.
Please note that our time is limited and all outside influence such as phone calls, appointments or other distractions will take away from or deplete achieving the best results.
Any changes to the schedule must be communicated in writing no less than 48 hours prior to date scheduled. Appointments will be rescheduled in the event of family emergency or Acts of God.
Cancellation of a scheduled date with less than 48 hours notice will be billed at 50%, due upon cancellation.
Reasonable means are used to keep all client records and materials in the possession of Betsi secure and confidential.
Any items required to be removed from the premises by Betsi will be disposed of at the discretion of Betsi unless previously discussed and amended into this contract.
Any items required to be removed will be unavailable to be returned at a later date.
Any additional fees for disposing of items will be charged to the client.
Any additional products or supplies required for the client project will be charged to the client.
This working contract pertains exclusively to organizing and sorting inside of the home.
Any additional work such as painting, cleaning, moving trucks, or outside work
or additional contracts may be hired out at the discretion of the client.
Betsi will not be liable and client hereby waives all claims against any damage to any property
or any injury to any person in or about the premises.
